Exchanges
We do not off cash refunds. The customer may exchange their product/s under the following conditions; incorrect size(product must be returned in original condition), the product is defective. Our exchange and returns policy is valid for 7 day from receival of product/s. If 7 days have passed only defective products (photo evidence needs to be emailed in) will be considered for exchange for a further 23 days.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product via Paxi Courier Service to Pep Hatfield Store.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item from the courier.
